Circular Route Optimizer and Finder is an application that can help to find and optimize route or the shortest route, in reaching the locations to be visited on a trip so that it is expected to save time and travel costs.
This application is based on the Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) where the salesperson wants to find the shortest route to visit customers at different locations and return to the starting point.
Based on the TSP concept, this application will recommend the order of the locations to be visited in order to get the shortest route in the form of a circuit route or circular route.
This application uses Hybrid Discrete Particle Swarm Optimization - Genetic Algorithm (Hybrid DPSO-GA) to solve the problem of finding the shortest route
